For the past few years, I’ve been coaching busy professionals, shift workers, and people just like you to achieve their fitness goals without giving up the things they love. I know firsthand how tough it can be to fit workouts and healthy eating into a hectic schedule because I’ve been there. That’s why my coaching focuses on real-life solutions that work, even when life gets chaotic.

1. Unlike some trainers, I actually don’t live and breathe fitness. Probably an unpopular opinion but a realistic one. I understand that fitness for some people is just one part of a busy life. When I’m not PT’ing I’m your typical gal with a demanding full time job I’ve worked shifts for years so I understand the demand on the body.
2. I manage a demanding full-time job alongside personal training. I’m also used to juggling professional commitments with my own personal physique goals. I love my social life - festivals & concerts are my thing and if I can jump about and sing like a dafty I will be there!
3. I’ve worked day shift, late shifts, night shifts, and unexpected long workdays. I know first hand the challenges these can have to maintaining a fitness routine or achieving your goals.
4. Whether it’s being held on at work, not getting your break, or needing to eat on the go, I’ve experienced it all. I can help you find practical solutions to stay on track with your fitness goals, even in these circumstances.
I love a night out - although I’m getting older now and prefer day drinking (which usually turns into night drinking) Favourite drink has to be beer or Prosecco but partial to a wee Guinness!
5. I’m honest with my own struggles which makes it easier for you to be honest with yours. I won’t beat you down for having a bad day, I’ll offer support and a solution to help fix it.
I went through a period of time when I was really unfit and unhealthy with a bad relationship with food and decided to make a change. I started learning how to lift weights, got myself a PT and fell in love with the gym. I never for one second thought I would become a PT but now I want to help other people feel as good as I feel.
